Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied at all times. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your purchase, please let us know. You may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. If more than 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, you can still return it for store credit within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged: sale items, layaway items, items held for later shipping, items paid for with Partially, custom-made pieces by Christina Albina, resized, polished, or otherwise altered items cannot be returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and store credit from exchanged items cannot be used on discounted items.
To initiate a return, please email Love@ChristinaAlbina.com for instructions on returning the item safely.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please take the following steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund appears on your statement.
Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to Love@ChristinaAlbina.com for further assistance.
Returned Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift credit code will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
